Effective July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AICopyCraft platform provided by AICopyCraft LLC. By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant AICopyCraft a limited license to host, process, and analyze that content solely to provide the Services and improve them in an aggregated, non-identifying way.
Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may adjust pricing with prior notice.
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and not less than a reasonable standard of care.
The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after 30 days' notice. On termination, your right to use the Services ends and we will delete or return customer content on request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
